Good evening, Bellevue Community,


Thank you for a fantastic first day at Lucks Field! It was wonderful to see our scholars learning, thriving, and settling in smoothly thanks to the hard work of our educators, staff, and community partners.


Please see below for the latest updates regarding facilities, aftercare, and transportation.


FACILITIES UPDATES

  • Air Quality Test Results: We have received the official written test results for rooms 306, 307, 308, and 309, confirming no elevated air quality issues. You can view the full report, attached.

  • Remediation & Insulation Progress: Remediation and deep cleaning remain underway throughout the building, with only 4 rooms remaining for additional work. Ceiling insulation has also been installed across most of the building, with just 7 rooms remaining.

  • Timeline: Remediation and insulation efforts will continue through tomorrow and into Thursday, with testing scheduled for Thursday afternoon. We will share those results as soon as they are finalized.


EDUCARE UPDATES

  • Breakfast and lunch will continue to be provided daily at Lucks Field, courtesy of the Richmond Ed Fund.


AFTERCARE

  • Bellevue Parks and Recreation will be held on-site at Lucks Field from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Please remember that parent pick-up is required by 5:00 PM, as no late bus transportation is provided.


TRANSPORTATION UPDATES

  • No Changes: Transportation operations remain identical to today's schedule. Morning pickup for walkers at Bellevue remains at 7:30 AM, and afternoon bus departures from Lucks Field remain at 2:40 PM.
