Good morning, Bellevue Community,


Please see below for updates on the status of progress with the building.

FACILITIES

  • Air Quality: Official test results show no elevated air quality issues in rooms 306, 307, 308, and 309:

    • Bellevue_AirQualityTest_08312026 (see attached)

  • Building Progress: Remediation and cleaning throughout the building remain ongoing and are scheduled to be completed today.

    • Remediation: Four (4) rooms remain for additional work.

    • Insulation: Ceiling insulation has been added to most rooms, with 7 rooms still needing completion.

    • Schedule: Remediation and insulation work will continue through Thursday, with follow-up testing scheduled for Thursday afternoon.

TRANSPORTATION

  • Status: No changes.
