Good afternoon, Bellevue Community,


I hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day holiday weekend. Please see below for updates on the status of the building's progress.

Facility Updates:

  • Air Testing: Post-remediation air samples were collected in the affected classrooms yesterday afternoon. 

    • Air quality test results indicate that mold spore levels were slightly elevated compared to rates outside the building. Written results are attached below. 

    • Additional air quality tests will take place later this weekend. We remain hopeful that clear test results will allow for a return to the Bellevue building on Tuesday, September 8th. 

  • Remediation: Deep cleaning and remediation will resume tomorrow (Saturday) and continue through the rest of the holiday weekend.

  • Humidity Prevention: Dehumidifiers and air scrubbers have been installed throughout the building to reduce relative humidity, inhibit mold and mildew growth, and continuously filter the air.

Weekend Communication Schedule:

  • To keep you informed through the final stages of remediation and testing, we will continue to send updates during the holiday weekend: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at 5:00 pm.
