Relocation-Round 2

Good Afternoon, Dragon Family!
I hope everyone enjoyed the four-day weekend! I know we are getting off to a challenging start, but please know that our priority is ensuring that we return to a building that is safe and has clean, healthy air for our students and staff.
With that in mind, please see the following updates for this week:
1. Tuesday, September 8 – Return to Lucks Field
Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8, we will return to our “Home Away From Home” at Lucks Field. For the remainder of the week, we will continue to provide updates and important information through ParentSquare.
2. Back-to-School Night – POSTPONED
Our Back-to-School Night was originally scheduled for Thursday, September 10. Unfortunately, this event will be POSTPONED. We will communicate the new date once we are settled back into our regular location.
3. Communication
If you need to speak with a staff member or your student(s) during the school day, please call (804) 236-6333. We are happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
4. Attendance
We will continue to follow the same attendance procedures that were implemented last week. Student absences will not count against students. Teachers will take attendance each morning so that we can maintain an accurate record of which students are present.
Thank you for your continued patience, flexibility, and support as we work through these unexpected circumstances together. We understand that changes to our normal routines can be challenging, and we truly appreciate your partnership as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our Dragon Family.
