Good morning, Bellevue Community,

We are sharing an encouraging update on the facility and our target schedule for welcoming students back to Bellevue Elementary.

Facility Updates:

  • All four rooms cleaned on Sunday passed testing, with spore levels below those in natural outdoor air. These areas are officially cleared for re-occupancy. 

    • Test results are attached. 

  • Cleaning is complete across all classrooms, with only five rooms remaining for final testing.

  • Air samples for the final five cleaned rooms are being collected today (Tuesday, September 8), with results expected later tonight.

  • Continuous dehumidification and HEPA air scrubbers remain fully operational throughout the building to suppress humidity, prevent microbial growth, and continuously filter indoor air.

Reopening Schedule:

  • Wednesday, September 9

    • Teacher Setup: Teachers whose classrooms were impacted and are now fully cleared will have a designated setup time tomorrow (Wednesday, September 9). Teachers with rooms tested today will set up as soon as the test results are clear.

    • Educare: Students will be at Luck's Field for enrichment activities.

  • Thursday, September 10

    • Our current goal is to welcome students back into Bellevue Elementary School for normal classes on Thursday, September 10!

Room Testing & Clearance Breakdown:

  • Cleared & Ready for Teacher Setup:

    • Rooms 206, 207, 208, 209, and 307

  • Tested Today (Setup Pending Results):

    • Rooms 201, 204, 205, 304, and 305
