PM Update

Good evening, Bellevue Families,

I am writing to share a positive progress report on facility updates and outline our timeline for re-entering Bellevue Elementary.

Facility Updates:

• All four rooms sanitized on Sunday passed air-quality inspections, with particle counts below outdoor levels. These spaces are fully cleared for students and staff. 

  • Test results are attached below.

• Cleaning is now finished in every classroom throughout the building.

• Technicians gathered air samples earlier today (Tuesday, September 8) from the final five treated rooms. We anticipate receiving those reports later this evening.

• Dehumidifiers and HEPA filtration units remain active 24/7 to control humidity, inhibit mold growth, and maintain clean circulation.

Re-Entry Timeline:

• Wednesday, September 9

  • Staff returning to cleared and cleaned rooms will have dedicated time tomorrow to arrange their classrooms.

  • Students and remaining staff will spend the day participating in enrichment activities at Luck's Field.

• Thursday, September 10

  • We remain on track toward our target of bringing students back into the building for normal instruction on Thursday morning!

Room Status Summary:

• Rooms Cleared for Teacher Entry: 206, 207, 208, 209, and 307

• Rooms that were tested today and will need setup time tomorrow (after air quality results come back): 201, 204, 205, 304, and 305

We truly appreciate the adaptability and patience the Bellevue community has shown as we cross these final hurdles to ensure a safe return.
