PM Update
Good afternoon, Bellevue Community,
Happy Friday! Please see below for today’s updates.
Facility Updates:
-
Rooms 304 and 305 will undergo additional remediation beginning this evening, Friday, September 11.
Work is scheduled entirely outside of school hours to avoid disrupting normal activities. Both rooms will remain completely sealed off and unused until full air quality clearance is received.
-
Indoor humidity levels across the building are holding exceptionally low at 45%–47% (well below the 60% threshold required to prevent mold growth).
Maintaining these very low humidity levels serves as a primary line of defense against future microbial growth.
HVAC & Ongoing Controls:
Active HVAC filters continue operating throughout the building to trap airborne particulates and keep indoor air clean.
-
Circulation fans remain turned off to minimize air movement between rooms.
Before reactivation at a future date, we will conduct additional air monitoring and install supplementary HEPA filtration.
Facilities teams remain focused on identifying and addressing potential moisture sources throughout the building to prevent future issues.
Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership as we maintain a safe, clean environment for our school community!
With great appreciation,
Jason
