PM Update
Good evening, Bellevue Community,
We are sharing our latest facility update regarding air quality testing results, targeted remediation efforts, and ongoing environmental controls.
Facility Updates:
-
Official test results indicate that Room 304 has not yet received clearance for reoccupancy.
Official test results are attached.
Room 304 remains completely sealed off from the rest of the building. Facilities teams are investigating potential sources of localized moisture intrusion and exploring advanced remediation options. All future work will continue to take place strictly outside of school hours.
Building-wide indoor humidity levels remain low and healthy, holding steady between 47%–51% (well below the 60% threshold needed to prevent mold growth).
HVAC & Ongoing Environmental Controls:
HVAC filtration systems remain operating throughout the facility to trap particulates and maintain clean indoor air.
Circulation fans remain off to prevent air movement between rooms. Additional HEPA filters will be installed before the circulation system is reactivated.
Staff continues to inspect the building to identify and resolve potential moisture sources, preventing future issues.
Thank you for your ongoing patience and partnership as we complete this final room clearance!
With great appreciation,
Jason
