Good afternoon, Bellevue Community,

We are thrilled to share that 100% of Bellevue Elementary School is now fully cleared for reoccupancy. 

Facility Updates:

  • Room 304 has officially received clearance for use! With this result, all rooms at Bellevue Elementary are fully cleared for re-occupancy. We will share the official test results as soon as we receive them.

  • Indoor moisture levels remain steady and healthy, holding between 47%-53% relative humidity (well below the 60% threshold required to prevent mold growth). Maintaining these low levels remains a central part of our long-term prevention strategy.

HVAC & Ongoing Environmental Controls:

  • HVAC filters continue to actively clean the air and trap particulates throughout the facility.

  • Circulation fans remain turned off to limit air movement between rooms. Additional HEPA filters will be installed before circulation fans are reactivated at a later date.

  • Facilities teams will continue to monitor the building and explore potential moisture sources to prevent future issues.
